Transfer Generation Module
The Hogart banking payments module allows you to automatically generate bank transfers from the SunSystems system and transfer them to the appropriate banking systems, as required by the formats. The application operates on journal entries and uses the standard functionality of the SunSystems software General Ledger module – generating payments.
This allows you to flexibly select the posted payables to pay according to different criteria e.g. Payment dates, account priority, manual selection, or suspension of payment by the carrier. This allows for the use of the Hogart banking payments application in accounting for various specifics and settlement work modes. Before the payment is properly run, it is possible to simulate the process multiple times and control the total amounts. The payment generation function posts the transfer of the specified pledges automatically, allocates the payment with the regulated transactions and posts a per counterparty balance to the “transfers in transit” account that is settled at the accounting stage Bank statement. The application allows to define transfer of transfer orders from multiple own accounts or payer’s bank sub-accounts in multiple banks.
The specificity of the procedure requires that only one operator can be used at a time. The counterparty data, together with its bank details, is taken from the static database maintained in the SunSystems (each customer is assigned a bank account, which is credited with the transfer orders). The Hogart banking payments module supports PLN and currency transactions. The implementation of the Hogart banking payments module requires, in addition to installing the application itself, additional configuration and parameterization of SunSystems, the definition of profiles (criteria teams) of payments, additional ledger accounts type: commitments in execution, wire transfers, additional reports transferred-which requires the refine requirements of the user before installation. The application not only eliminates the need to manually handle banking systems, but also provides reliable, current receivables control.
Until now, Hogart has developed libraries to enable cooperation with electronic banking systems: Multicash, CashLine, MTMS, EBanking, Bresok, SG, Videotel, Bishop, CitiDirect, DBDirect, Click, Superwings, WBK.
